another picture of cylinder on boring bar all but .002 will be machined out then the ports will be chamfered, then they go to the hone for the final sizing Nice work! Curious, what do you use for a hone?

i have two clyinder hone machines this ones a 092 power stroke kwik way and i have a rottler hp 6a diamond automatic clyinder hone , the kwik way i built a craddle for snowmobile and cycle jugs i use this for 3 inch and under the rottler for 3inch and over

these are the expansion plugs i couldnt fine, that why i tapped for pipe plug the size of the plug is 22.5 x7.5mm i would still like to find some they are rubber with a steel expansion cup inside them

got the areoquip plug installed its anodized alluminum 3/4npt with internal hex , just teflon tape it and snug it up

been cleaning carbs these have been ultrasonically cleaned, dam can they put the jet size no,s where you can see them larger, just had a bunch of carbs that need sorted and jets matched up. time consuming

heres the light weight chap crank and cases with rupp cases and coil plate , flywheel and recoil, and coil brkt , rupp mount everything fits great this crank is 5.8 lbs lighter than the rupp . uses all same hardware, waiting on pistons still

the high out put pump does up to 65 liters an hr stock does 35 liters hr , you have to drill out the pulse hole for xenoah and plug the external pulse fitting

you also have to index the pump to clear carbs and clucth path

ever mic a 38mm carb? there really not 38mm so i decided to bore them. there not a lot of square to the bore places to chuck them so i squared the air horn end

then i clamped them on my mill, indicated the machined bore in, set up a bore head and started to bore +.010 at a cut, wond up taking them out to 38.5mm to get them machined straight all the way thru

after they were bored on the mill, i set up a dial bore guage and honed them on a pin hone got the bores with in .0002 of each other

i cut the air horns down to the radius going in, ill use these carbs on my custom sled
