I have not seen a published listing for the H.P. of the 634 Hirth, but think it was around 35 to 40 H.P. The thing about the Hirth was its incredible torque. This is a good Question, I wounder in comparisson to the 440 tohatsu wich has an avaerage H.P rating of 40 H.P what the torque curves look like. I know the Tohatsu tends to wind up quicker and the 440-s2 has a definate power differance,
casbeer87: I seen your post with all those engine mounts. I am rebuilding a 1972 Rupp Yankee 30 and the engine mounts were so rusted we end up cutting them off. Any chance you would part with some bolts? It uses the mount on the left in your picture.
