Was there one? This drawing was just found. Was this sled in Rupps 1979 line-up? Was it ever built?

Definitely a 79 skidoo snopro. It says ORPS on wind shield. Not sure how long ORPS has been in business but thinkin they're a fairly new Co.

Wow, that's bad azz. Just read the news on another site. Might have to make it to Ironwood to see this! Here is the post Ed is talking about. Motoski250 SnoPro Posts: 802 Ironwood Celebrity Racers Confirmed « on: Today at 05:47:28 PM »QuoteJust received confirmation that The Provintage Olympus race in Ironwood Mi this coming New Years will have a group of Celebrity racers joining us. First off there is John and Jim Binkley, The two Brothers raced Rupps back in the day and John even won at the historical Ironwood track in the early 70s. More details will follow on this over the next few weeks. The next Celebrity is Factory Rupp racer Gene Bloom. He will be joining us at the track and if all goes well he will be doing a parade lap with a few other celebs to lead our Woody's Feature Race on Sunday around the track before the excitement begins. John will be entering the 340 IFS class at Ironwood on a Rotax powered motorski. Or might it be a RUPP?? details will be breaking real soon! I just got off the phone with our Alaskan Celebrities and they will be staying with us all weekend at the Hurley Inn Hotel. We will be planning a meet and great over the weekend. Details to follow. I would like to personally welcome them back to Ironwood and I feel privileged to have John competing on my newly built 340 IFS sled. It has been many years since they have been there. We are honored to have them at our race as guests and Racers.

I personally would like to thank Steve Darby of Fairbanks Alaska. If it was not for him none of this would be happening.
