Hey guys, I am at my wits ends with my 75 nitro.I have no vin numbers on the sled at all.The ontario plate #'s on the chassis come up as a 1974 honda motorcycle according to the MTO here.I have gotten nothing from them to assist me in moving forward with registering one way or another.I'm looking for a 440 tunnel if possible just for accuracy but at this point it doesn't matter.Don't have property to just run around on that is why it needs to be registered. Thanks Kerry Attachment Deleted

I'm travelling to Newmarket on Monday, I'll have a look around the barnyard and get back to you.

No numbers on the right hand side of the tunnel where you put your foot? Sometimes you have to really clean the crap out of em.

Oh don't worry there isn't a lower pan, footrest or bracket left that would obscure any numbers. It's stripped and clean.I even tried to see if the punch marks might have raised thru on the opposite side of the panel. The only thing left would be to drill off the belly pan and check that edge. Kerry

I have a good shape 74 nitro 2 tunnel. Where are you located? I had a similar problem in the past. The chassis number was actually under one of the factory decals. I had to scrape off the decal on the one corner. Sorry, the pic came up sideways. Attachment Deleted

Thanks for the replies guys.I should have added to the subject line earlier on I have gotten the problem resolved. One of our esteemed board members helped me out a little while back.I am in the process of cleaning up and painting parts I have pulled off and hope to get the hood started in the next couple weeks before it gets too cold.
