Not the mental kind either. So the issue has to do with my polaris track conversion on my 74 Nitro II. I modified the swing arm idler wheels on the rear suspension, the wheels now ride on the outside edge of the track. The problem I am having is that the clearance for the wheels to fit with the springs is not enough, they almost touch now with no weight on them bit as soon as I put weight on the sled they touch and the wheels lock up. I am just using the rupp wheels that came on it, I was wondering if anyone else has used a smaller diameter wheel for this application and if you know what kind or what part numbers? Any help would be appreciated greatly!

I have converted to Nitro's Liquids over to late model tracks using Rupp suspensions. I put the swing arm bogies on the inside lugs. The wheels run in between the coggs,it works great and you can use the oringal wheels. Clint

They only used one wheel in the center.

It doesn't need to be nice looking either as far as the swing arm goes. I have sandblaster, will use if necessary.
