Nice job Cory, but I think you should mount the camera on the chin so you can watch where you are going. LOL Just messing with ya!

Those 340's ran great - Get yourself a 440 and really give yourself a thrill!! Not as fast as one of those 3cyl Cat's, but for a 440 they are amazing. Wig

LOL sounds good Wig I never thought of duct tape ;D snikr I didn't know you had a '77. When Wig gets his finished you'll have some nice pics, this might sound krazy, but I actually forgot I had this sled for a while, I stored it at my sister's place:-[ Here's my '77 it's a poor recent pic ,all dusty, have to finish it up asap, and an older pics with better light, the only things that were replaced were the lowers and the windshield i have to get the bumper on yet, I hate to sit on the seat it doesn't have a flaw in it, I'm scared I'll wreck it

Cory: Your 77 looks nice - is that the original hood? Looks to be in really good condition. Let me ask you something, how many wedges are in your suspension? I remember mine having 2 on each side with both wide ends facing front, but when I got the sled back, it only had one on each side. With 2 I know it really ripped out of the hole, but it was a little tough on the leaf springs. Wig

Thanks Wig, it's the orig. hood but you can see some minor scuffs in the lt decal, and under the right light you can still see a ghost of an old registration #, nothing major but it's there. this machine came from Kenora, Ontario it was an old Rupp dealer's sled that the owner passed away and Jason Tocher from there saved it for me. . it has 2 wedges on each side as well, both with the wide ends facing front, I had this for about 3? years now, after seeing yours in progress, it gave me a boost to get on this one ;D
