I have two questions. Do you use a D.A. sander with 180 grit.One of my hoods has light scratches and the other has more deep cracks. Also what type of paint do you use? THANKS

This is a before picture,whole hood looked like this.

After picture,looks ok.If I would have sanded & primed a few more times,it would have turned out great. But I don't have a show sled,so I stopped & painted it when I thought it was good enough for a RIDER!!!
