I was toying with the idea of pipes for my 71' N/T TR-440 instead of the stock exhaust. This would be the last item i would like to get my hands on to complete this sled to the way i want it. Does any one have a set they would be willing to part with ? Thank you, Dave.

Are you talking about the stinger pipes that were available for these sleds  ? Good Luck !!! They're out there but normally they don't sell too cheap. |

Hi Josh, I was just kinda throwing it out there. I have no clue as to what may work for my sled. All i know is i would love to pipe this machine. I may have one of the board members willing to work with me and accomplish this. It would put my sled over the top and complete my personal goals for this project. For 20 + years i thought this sled may never see snow again. let alone see what a beautiful machine it really is. Sorry for all the Blah, Blah Blah, But, i am on a mission and swore to my dad that some day i would rebuild what he passed on to me. I miss him ! and wish he was still here to see what you guys have helped me complete. I think about him every time i pick up his tools to work on his sled. Dave.

Find a hooker pipe kit. There out there and won't take you to the bank. I had a 71 Mag wt 440 that I put a nos hooker pipe on and it sounded cool!

Hi Dave, I have a set of original Rupp open stingers. I was told the pipes where sold for the 440 fan cooled Tohatsu motors. They are currently on a 70 Magnum clone I was building. If you are interested in purchasing the entire sled let me know. 651-430-2886

Thank you Mike, I am not in the market for another sled at this time. Although i wouldn't mind  If you are looking to sell her, Get a photo posted. Ya know what mike, Scrap parting with them. If you are unsure, and going by what you were told, I would rather not take the chance. No disrespect to you and Thank you for responding but, the gentleman that is looking into a set of pipes for me, I have 100% Faith and Trust, that when he is able to take care of me, he will.
My offer still stands on helping you get some photos up if you need it to help sell the sled.
I am placing the hunt on hold until i hear from my friend first. Thank you for the replies. Dave.
