Today Dad and I went to Curtiss. We brought my 340 and 440 Magnums. My sleds ran like they were pissed off !!! Here's the results:

There were 8 sleds in the Mod 340 class. 6-8 sleds in the vintage 440 Mod classes. 4-6 sleds in the improved classes. In the MOD new sled classes there were 4 in the 440 class , 4 in the 500 class, and I'm thinking 7 in the 600 class.
All the same sleds I ran against last year were there this year.
These are my results from last year:
4th place Mod Vintage 251-340
2nd place Mod Vintage 341-440
2nd place Mod Vintage 441-up
1st place Improved Stock 440
1st place Improved Stock 500
4th place MOD 440
2nd place MOD 500

So, you sporting a cast on your right thumb. Watch that carpotunnel, can be nasty LOL! Are you guys gonna try Waconia this year? Luv seeing tthose Yami's goin down!! Yay for good ice on the test ponds this year!

Thanks you guys !!! Sleds ran real strong Saturday. It was a nice feeling putting Red on top. There is some fierce competition that shows up there. The Yamaha boys are very hard to beat. They have them sleds rocking !!! I got kicked last year by them and that Mod Skidoo. This year, I don't think that Skidoo ever placed in the top three. When we had Luke's oval sleds out on the pond I took the 340 Magnum out there as well. I found something that really worked good so I changed the 440 to the same stuff as well. Even though I never got the 440 out on the ice them same changes worked !! That made the difference !! Oh yeah... they added lights to the Race Track this year. That was really cool drag racing under the lights. Hopefully next year they run it even later in the day !! Next year they might have two drag races !! I sure hope they do !! Thanks again everyone !!!
