Luke, why don't you sell him a pair if it's that easy? LOL ps I found a place in California still making spun cones. If you give them the small and large diameters plus the length, they can make 'em. If you're lucky, they may already have the die and save you the tooling cost.

Jerry you need to find some parts on your own. There still is a lot of old Rupp dealers out there. It just takes time and money. It has taken some of us 15-20 years to round up the stuff we have. It's a vintage hobby and the first thing you have to remember is they just don't make this crap anymore.
Some times you have to get creative and a header pipe should not be that hard to find something that will work. You just might have to buy a few that won't work as you look for one to work.

Here's another thing to consider. If you have any old mikuni carb adapters where the rubber has cracked you can strip the rubber off, add a piece of pipe to size and you will need to elongate the mounting holes a little and they will work. If you just use your imagination it's not that hard to come up with straight mounting flanges. Now something like the 73 Magnum, that's a different story. If your insisting on NOS maybe it's time to move on to another project. I doubt you will ever find them. If you know exactly what you need a machine shop can make them but as Ed stated better get your wallet out. Joe

I drove 3500 miles round-trip to pick up a 600 Magnum chassis. Trip cost about $1000, slept in the truck a couple nights. Still looking for exhaust stubs for a 600!! Don't ask why Tohatsu SR exhaust stubs are rare, they just are. Maybe its like Joe says, they got used on other projects cause they fit.

Strait will not work, ( unless you cut and weld the pipe ) An option is 73 magnum pipes and flanges if your in a big hurry. The 71 SR and 73 SR cylinders have the same design on the exhaust side of cylinder. They are almost identical unless you know what to look for. There are several other options as we'll. I have 73 pipes but you have to buy the whole sled to get them, very expensive.

The Xenoah stubs should be plentiful. Mandrel bent tubing can be found at performance shops or online. There's some extra horse power if you go to 1.75" diameter.

Yeah I know they're not too tricky. My point is that after 30+ years of beatin' the bushes, finding basket cases and lots of NOS engine parts, these exhaust parts don't turn up. RARE means HARD TO FIND! I had a guy ask for aluminum bumpers for a 71 Magnum. He had them at one time but sold them. Oops!
