Wow been busy, never been on pc for a while again, lots of post's!! lookin good, Dave- Sprint looks HOT, it's comming along nicely,,davet Alouette is going to be HOT,sorry my American friends I missed wishing you all happy July 4th!  Rick seat foam is on it's way abiut 2? wks ago, should be there soon. Roger I like that big jugged 500  And thanks again to all you guys that supported the Kruger Aid fest!. Travis I like your idea with the clamps better for glass removal from guages, never thought of that!! Now, I got a question, you may think I'm nuts, and your probably right ;DIs there a fairly easy way to remove a sled that is on a pole? it's 13.5 ' in the air, can't afford to hire a crane or boom truck, lots of guys maybe? it's top heavy, or just cut the pole with a torch part way through, bend it and hope it doesn't fall to hard, TIMBER!! |

you know any body who ownes a semi with trailer,stand on top. or is that too high. not sure. boy im dumb how do you get it off the trailer.

Thanks guys! we got her, I was thinking about the roof of a semi trailer, my Dad cut 1/2 way through the pipe with a torch, and pushed slightly, my brother and I jammed a ladder under it and slowly let it down. it was an intense 20 mins LOL, pics posted tonight...

Cory, keep us updated on this sled. take some pics along the way. Hey, Still having leak problems with my exhaust connections. i was thinking of cutting off the tabs where they get tightened down and taking a sawzall and making 2 slits. then using regular exhaust clambs. Any Ideas. i will go crazy if it keeps spitting on my paint job. Any one  Thanx, Dave. |

Dave...make sure the connections are super clean of paint and goo. Clean 'em with acetone. Scuff the connection with sandpaper, blow it clean and then re-assemble it with Permatex Hi-Temp BLACK RTV. I've been using this method on my dirt bikes, ATC's and sleds for years with great results. Stops that black spooge crap from messing up your hard work.
