i believe this to be a rupp, anymore details or info on this motor would be much appreciated, this is on a ridge runner trail boss i am beginning to restore, really looking for a wiring diagram, electric start

It is a Rupp Tohatsu motor, 1973 model year with CDI ignition. Can't tell if it is a small block (295/340) or big block (400/440) from the pictures has the wrong recoil on it. No engine tag. What kind of Carb? Tillotson HR or HD? It should have a stamp on it. That will determine what size it is.
