I'm wondering if anyone knows what I have for options for track and drivers for a 66 rupp?

It looks like the 66 takes a dual drive track,15 1/2" wide X 120 long, number 11660.Nope,I don't think it is that long. The one on my S-281 68 Rupp, was only about 114-116",maybe 57-58 drive windows. When I put that track in a regular tunnel,I had to move the rear bearing hangers,2" FORWARD from where the 121" track would have mounted. Some Scorpions used the same STYLE track as the S-281,which are short. If you have the time, put a Polaris,Yamaha Enticer,or a Ski-Doo Elan track in it,they might be short enough!! When I do my track conversions, using a 118" track,I have to move the rear bearing hangers 1" forward of the original mounting holes.

Ski-Doo drivers are out there. Most are 1.97 pitch, easy to find.Goose over in Bethel,MN has them, both rubber or urethane! I'm sure you will use the Rupp drive shafts[66-69 should be 1"],just like S-D!!! Conversions are easy,if you have ALL the parts lined up before hand.

I'm not sure if the skidoo drives will work the diameter of the Rupp one is pretty small and there isn't much clearance for anything much bigger. Does anyone know the pitch of 68-69 are they 2.0?
