So, the 78 Nitro needs a new driveshaft. Original aluminum has met the end of it's lifespan. Delaminating/crumbling and may be slightly twisted. What other steel driveshaft will fit? Older Rupp model?? Will be using Indy 121" track so will have to move the drivers over to match anyways. Somebody must have done this before...……...

Just stick another aluminum one in it. They last a long time.

If racing less weight means a lot. Especially rotating weight.

Are you serious ?? All I've ever used was aluminum driveshafts. Engagement on my 440 is 7500 and have never had any problems snapping them. You had a titanium one made ??
