I have a Barn find 1973 Rupp Nitro 400 that I would like to sell before I take it apart, so I thought I would offer it to anyone who would want to restore it or use for parts, the machine sat for almost 30 years in a barn, I remember when the machine was running around in the mid 70's, it was a Insurance Total because it had some lower left side fire damage and the owner I bought it from said it had 300 miles on it, it has 1300 miles on the speedo, the reason why the motor is apart is because it was froze up and the owners nephews were going to get it running so they took the motor out and it sat on the bench for almost 30 years, in the mean time the mice and birds had a good home, the machine is all original, there is 1 cylinder head missing, and the seat is gone and the muffler is rusted out, the track is also weathered, the motor is the TR400S-3 and is original to the machine, so I thought I would offer this to all you Rupp guy's before I part it out, I also have NOS 1974 and earlier Rupp parts and I also have used Rupp parts 1974 and earlier, I will take offers on the 1973 nitro, I'm located in Alpena Michigan....THANKS R-ROONEY I will see if I can get Dave to post the pictures....
