My uncle was Joel Overbaugh and he raced for Chapparal. He was my cousins Joel and Troys dad. My Dad owned Skips where he sold Rupps in Houghton Lake Mi. What a great find and thanks for the memories ! I will have to forward my cousins this info about their Dad ~ my cousin Joel actually Drag races snowmobiles in Michigan~

Any info/pictures etc related to Joel Overbaugh would be most welcome on this website.He raced Rupp's then Chapparal's,later the companies were joined.I remember that he sacrificed himself to avoid a downed racer,he had the right stuff.
