Has anyone tried to repair the aluminum chassis on their sled? Mine has holes corroded thru it under the gas tank.

Cut out the corroded bits and replace with new. Or just find a better chassis to start with.

Do the reproduction tunnels include the belly pan. This thread starts with a question about corroded areas under the gas tank. Is anyone stamping out reproduction belly pans?

Tunnel looks great Bill. Nice work. I would look forward to being able to replace some belly pans.

It would be cool to make a "brand new" f/a or nitro II/rally without all the usual tweaked belly pan issues to deal with.
