nice choices you guys! did I mention he did the whole car himself? not bad for a mechanic hee hee... I want a 67 Corvette Stingray 435h.p. 427/4spd. Now let' hear from the Mopar/AMC/Ford lovers. Is that a Chevy under the hood?? Plasphemy!! LOL!! ;D I'm sorry Roger, it's not the orig. motor/tranny combo I believe it was orig a 327 with powerglide but it was orig a rough parts car so he kinda hotrodded it a bit, his other one is a 283 with orig "V' valve covers |

Even if I sold all the sleds, I still don't think I could afford what I want. Always wanted a '69 GTO Judge - black, preferably, white interior, hidden headlamps, 4 spd and a Ram Air V.

I once went and looked at a '77 T/A that a guy back in MI. had for sale. When I got there...my first impression was not good. Super clean body and interior....the only thing was it was buckskin tan!! Tan interior!! Nope I thought. Until I took it for a drive. 455 cubic inches of Poncho Power. 4 speed Muncie close ratio...solid motor mounts...4 link....ford 9 inch....all stock looking car 'till you got close. Wolf in sheep's clothing. Mutha fuka RAN. No matter how much I tried to peddle it....bangin' those gears was like bangin' a 17.....ah.....well...you know what I mean. That thing was a blast!! The guy told me to abuse it so I did. Took everything I could throw at it. Then HE took ME for a ride. He made me look like a granny Sunday driver!! $7000 and I walked away. The solid mounts were too much. I bought a '92 S-10 w/a 350 crate motor and 4 speed instead. Those were the days.  |

Little boys...little girls...they're all the same!! LOL!! Wasn't too fast...nothing ever is....just the solid motor mounts made it too harsh for a daily driver.
The S-10 is going thru it's 2nd transformation. 402 BBC and a Muncie 4 speed. That's right...I row my own!! LOL!!
