nothing yet. Im fitting the 250 into my 80 arctic cat snopro,im leaving it stock for this year just to get it rolling . that is the reason i need to mod the pipes with stingers to fit in the sno pro . Any help would be great Thanks

EYE CARUMBA!!! I shot my mouth off before my brains were loaded (again)  -sorry snopro and Rog'... I could have sworn I had them  If any one has a copy of the 250 L/C pipe mods, can they please send them via e-mail (if not too much trouble) I'd also like to post them in the documents section . It would be really appreciated. PS> I 'promise' I won't lose them again  |

I have to ask, why would you put a liquid Xenoah in a Cat Sno Pro?
Is it real, or something you're building to race?

i still race the sno pro i have been racing it as a 440 sprint sled with a 01 cat snopro fan , it is time to put it back as a vintage racer , the 250 xenoah make good power so i will run it in ifs 250x

Why not... I rode it 400 miles last winter, and rode my ZR 900 200. Those cat fans are the baddest fan to be found. Keep the hood closed and don't tell anyone!!!! Check out my videos on the video dump. We do fan cooled radar runs up here... its a blast racing 5 wide for a half mile. Those Kohlers are sooooo tough. Here are the pipes specs for the 250!!!!
Stinger should be .786 I.D.
5.39" long
Full pipe mod...
" A. Remove 1.87 inches from the headpipes by cutting and welding.. (near flange)."
"B Cut off pipes at 3.96 O.D. just before center section."
"C. replace rear of pipes (as stated above).
The pictures really help with this... should run at 8400-8700 with this mod and 6500 engagement.... yikes.
I'll try to scan this Monday.

you really need to see the picture to understand the shortening of the pipe. It gives all the lenghts it should be.

Oh, the 650 indy motor is almost done in my Nitro I built (F/C Magnum) I just got my PSI Pipes... I'll have pics soon...

thanks Roger looking forward to starting to build. i have sold off all the sno pro fan stuff , your right they do rock.Do any of you guys have any 250 pistons in your collections?
