:oMy buddy Mark Elwell just found this beauty in PA. Mark bought my Nitro from Rick Weaver and then sold it to me. He squirted some gas into the carb on this one and it fired right up. I won't even tell you what he paid for it. That would bum you Rupp guys out. Just that it was a super bargain. Man, I wish I could find a deal like this one!!! I can't wait to check it out in person. Talk about a small world!  I bought a '73 440 Nitro ;D from Mark this summer and had it brought back to Rutland Vermont by Joe Rainville where I picked it up for the final trip to the tip of New Hampshire. That '72 does look to be in great shape! I'm officially jealous! Glad to see he's still finding the nice ones! pathfinder  |

I wished I had know as I would have looked it over. Had a 73 400 Nitro myself back in the day. I tried a 72 400 and liked that one better than my 73  Tom |
