I have been waiting for someone to start a story on this. Can not wait to here what people have to say about this. There are others out there! NOT as cool as a wedge engine in my opinion. Anyone got one for sale? HAHAHA....

I think snosnake told me about them one time, this is the first time I actually seen one . 2007 is a good year for stuff coming out of the woodworks ;D

Yes Snosnake does know of one other reed engine. Its the same one I know of....

Pretty soon there will be people parting out restorable sleds simply for the fact that most desirable are worth more dead than alive. My boss has a COPO Camaro with a 427 and he has contemplated doing the same simply because parts are so extremely valuable.

yes thats true but hopefully that doesnt always happen. as far as the motor can somebody tell me if those reeds are part of the casting(factory), welded or are they the bolted on style reed cages that were back in the day. b.s.

Looks like we don't need to worry about that anymore ! My bid got canceled as did everyone elses ! Then the seller pulled it from ebay ! Oh well I didn't need to spend any $$$ anyway
