A great turnout for the show today! I don't know how many sleds were registered, but I can tell you that it's the biggest turnout for this fairly new show. Thanks to Bruce Lindsley for all his hard work on this show! And a special tribute to the late Don Cummings.
We had a great turnout from our Rupp board!!! Everyone from Snikr to Rupprat, Magnumal to Rupparooney and Bobsapp! Jerry was nice enough to hand out some vintage Rupp commercials on DVD for us Rupp guys. Jerry hosted Greg from Michigan too. Thanks Jerry!!!
Rupparooney's Sno Sport is so clean! He travelled close to 600 miles one way!!! It was a great day to meet a large number of Rupp guys and see our sleds together. Dave was slated to come but alas, no Dave... We missed you Dave!!!
Steve took over the show and got first place in "Classic 1968-1973 Original" Congrats rupparooney!!! (Steve's looking a little tired from the long ride in!)
Bob Sapp and son had their usual showroom Rupps on display. Bob got a 1st place with one of these beauties... doesn't really matter which one. They're all minty and perfect!
Jerry and Greg displayed Jerry's two sleds. Jerry picked up this 71 Magnum at this show last year. It was hurtin' for sure. Jerry did a kickin' job putting it together. Nice job Jerry!!!
Greg found this Ruppster in the flea market area, and will bring it back to Michigan with him.
Larry Fish had his '76 Rally.'and 74 Rupp Nitro II
Jesse Bilicic from Ohio had a beautiful 800 triple and his 72 Nitro 440. Sweeeet!
Some Rupps for sale too!
I even got lucky with my 72 Nitro 400 and landed a 2nd place Trail Muscle 68-73 Original.
And some sleds from the rest of the show.....
This pair of Boa-Ski's were yours to take home... $1,600 for the pair!!! They are mint too!
Awesome rare sled... a SNOSCOOT
1st place Race sled Pre 1973 restored. Really nice rare Stinger Racer!
Featured sled was Polaris
Best of Show went to the King Kat on the far end.
This guy just added the Montana pipes to this beauty!
A Merc Twister Revvin' up!
Again, this show benefits Mercy Flight. We're very lucky to have this service in our area. Many lives are saved by these brave men and women.
