Well , I took your advise this morning and went out and bought a box of 10, Br9hs plugs. What are you gapping them at ?

Next, you stated i may be jetted to fat. How do i find this out ? When i was saying my motor eats plugs, I was refering to my Motocross bike. But still, I would like to know how to properly jet for my tr440. Any advise on this one ? I have a great mechanical sence but, I just plain SUCK when it comes to the carb. Im running a WalBro carb with WDB - 30 stamped on the flange.
This is a diaphram carb. And thats about all i can tell you on this carb. Here are a few photos. Dave.
