Milbank,SD was a good time. Tom,I arrived at the swap at 1540,but couldn't find you. I was in the same spot as last year.I picked up a 1970 WT with 440 Rockwell engine, straight from Wyoming. Also picked up a 1970 Sprint 29 with SA Sachs 290. Also picked up a complete KOHLER 340 F/C engine that ran. One guy had a pickup box full of Rupp parts. Got 1 center drive track and 2 1972-73 Nitro tracks plus lots of other useful items INCLUDING NOS cam buttons/cam shoes/wear blocks for the secondary helix, enough for 4 secondaries. Beautiful day Friday, but guess what happened on Saturday? Yup,it starting raining at 6am,quit at noon. But by then, most of the swappers were gone. My buddy Gary, picked up 2 Arctic Cats and a Yamaha. A fairly nice Jag 3000 sold for $15.00. The sellers were dealing in the rain. Saw a nice AC with a 650 Hirth Red Baron, the real deal, sounded great. Also was a Homelite with a triple Polaris engine in it,water cooled. Many nice sleds and many deals on Saturday. Also got leads on 4 Nitros and a bunch of Sach single engines. To take advantage of this swap,YOU need to stay till at least 2pm on Saturday to get some deals, swappers don't want to take stuff home! There were deals to be had. If you haven't been to this swap, mark it on your calendar for next year.

I don't think they ever actually had that produced though? I could be wrong, but i thought that was just the idea and they went with black instead. You would have to contact Josh (Ruppsforever). He is one of the people that reproduced that advertisement nitro. Other than that, I have seen one other and that is Val Elfering's (Vance's dad) nitro, but I haven't seen Vance on here for a while.
