I went to A-1 show swap meet in past month ago, I brought the 340 motor with and dropped it off to Red19lite shop to rebuild bottom end. Couple bearings were shot. Also he saw both cyls are out of round and left cheap piston was not a stock, someone had replaced it before. So I bought two new wiesco piston 20 over, I planned to go to pick up my motor and parts today so I went. Brought everything home safe and looked thru all the stuff. They look amazing Kevin! Now ready for to bore out both cyls out and get em together! Cant wait to hear it again!!! Special THANKS to Red19lite for fixing my 340 nitro motor, carbs, and GREAT JOB CLEANING IT TOO!! I would recommended for everyone for rebuilding xenoah motors etc... Also cleaning too unless if Kevin dont like cleaning job lol.

My buddy bored out both cyls and they came out great! .020 over, .004 Clearance. Special Thanks to a great Snowmobile Mechanics : Arthur Mullis, Sharon, WI. Last night, I got a bad flu! Running nose, cough, bad fever etc.....Can't believe it happened so fast! Yesterday was my Birthday! This is not what I was wishing for on my Birthday! Today still sick . I was thinking about putting all the motor parts together, take it easy, no hurry, will be a good relaxing on my comfy chair, so I did! I asked my mom about bringing my table and all the parts in, so I don't have to be out in cold weather (My shed or garage are not insulated but planning to insulate my shed and put a wood stove in it) My mom said "Sure!" "Yea you can't work outside because you are sick, Its better than to be in cold weather!" "And you can set up in my kitchen and would love to see how you put things back together while I'm making Chicken Soup for supper" Me: "Thanks mom!" Brought the table and parts in. In Old Warm Comfy Cozy Kitchen! My parent loves Antiques so they taught and raised me to like old stuff. Thats why I like old snowmobiles lol. Washed with soap to clean all the particle metals from boring, Cyl said "Holy Smoke, Im naked!!" blow dry with hair dryer...... Im decorating Cyl's hair to make shiny! Once all dried, I checked all the port's edges to make sure if no sharp edge! arthur grinded all the ports edge smooth, so ring wont catch. Oil em to prevent rust. Saw that it was good..... Now ready for piston to install....... Got one installed......... "wow I look like I have muscle, Oh yea!" Second one in.......... "oh my twin!" New gaskets..... Gaskets are in.........."my new underwear or pant?" Installed left cyl....... Left piston - "This is GREAT! Love my new helmet!!" Right piston "Ditto" Note: see 1# sign on piston and cyl, piston size it slighty smaller than left, about 1000. So it helps not to mix em up otherwise there would be severe damage! Arthur marked em for me... on the right cyl, adding water pump and mount on got other cyl in............. Right "Hey I got a better helmet than yours!" Left "Oh shut up" Got all 8 bolts in......... also two new head gasket....... "ooooooooo!"

"I see you!" Adding head bolts on.......once the bolts get hard, my hand was not strong enough to screw it in, so I used a nut to help to screw it all the way with socket...... pistons "what the world is that?" Once its screwed in and the nut is tight, I use pliers to hold the bolt, and use a socket to unscrew the nut...... Piston "what the heck are you doing?" got all the bolts, nuts, and head in! "Huh, interesting head! I like it" Reed valves are in! "What happen here!" putting gasket and boot on.......... Intakes are finished! "wow I love my new telescope glasses!" Got water fitting on front........ "Hey, why are you looking at my butt!!?!?!? Got the water hose on.......... Got the second hose on..... Carbs are in! Its all finished!!!!! Pistons "Holy Rupp, I cant see, it all pitch black!!! Help!!!"
