Does anyone on this board have Hirth motor parts (or know who does)? Motor is a 634.

Depending on what you need, you can also use engine parts from the 317 Hirth single cylinder engine. That could probably be just as hard to find.

Thanks, Dan. I'm not sure I need anything yet. The engine runs on spray and Dad just rebuilt the Tillotson carb. Need to get it fired up. Still working on the two TR-440 motors. Since I was this far into them, I decided to go ahead and replace the crank seals on both of them even though I've never had a leaking crank seal on any of the TR motors I've had. Seals are cheap!

I had to find parts on Ebay but was able to get some basic stuff (gasket kits, points, etc.) from Pats Small Engine in Isanti (online). Don't pay for quick shipping though as they outsource most of their stuff and the clock for "overnight" doesn't start until they receive the parts.
