Its been probably about 8 years or so since ive attended a radar run, but with nothing going on yesterday and an itchy thumb me and a buddy went to a local radar run. It was held on the Wisconsin River about 4 miles from my house. I took all the oval stuff just to do some testing and try some different clutch setups. The track was only 600'. My superstock fanner 440 that i havent touched since Eagle River last year did 67.5 mph and won 1st place. My superstock liquid 340 did 71.1 mph and also took 1st place. I also took my relic 800 out and only did one run which i had jetted way too big on the main jet and it burbled really bad on the top end and with spinning on the line horribly for dang near the first 100' it still did 67 mph. It was a fun day and brought home a few trophys to throw up on the shelf in the shop.

I took the sprint 29 to a radar run today also. The Sachs 290 was running real good today I ran 55 miles an hour in 660 feet. My ski doo also took third place in the vintage show. It was a real good day in Norway Maine today Chris

Joe, we took the mod rail sled down there and actually found a guy who had a belt that would fit but he never offered it up for us to use for a run. I talked to the guy and he seemed like a real good shi$ but was pretty particular about his stuff, we found that a 49" belt is really close. He let us put it on and start the sled but no running with it. I measured it first and came up with 49 1/4" and thought no way it was going to fit but sure as heck it actually fit really nice. I got the # of the belt and tommorrow i will be ordering one. So hopefully we find another radar run around the area to try that thing out at. Its pretty bad a$$.

Chris good running man!!! after looking at your picture i wonder what everything would have ran for speeds if they werent draggin at least 10" of carbides on each ski. Never touched a thing compared to my oval setups, gotta be a couple mph id think.
