Good find...it's a better starting point than the one I just finished last Summer!

As far as I know (and I researched it before the build), the nose piece is black (and the same stupid fibreglass fastened to metal structure as the '74/75 Nitros!!) and the seat has a similar kind of pattern as the '76 Nitro...mine took a "runner-up" at the only show I've taken it to, and a friend of mine (who is a 'Doo guy, that's taken a liking to a little red with his mustard) is buying this one...it'll be the first Rupp I've ever sold! Many sleds have passed through my garage, but never a Rupp...they seem to stick! BTW, I think the Rally is a more attractive sled than it's brother fan Nitros...

no jack shaft !! I have a sport chassis with wheels under it , it had a bar that has the fittings on it for hood instead of on nose ? It is going to be my sled to run motors on before going into other sleds.

Yep it's got the bogies...it's surprisingly not bad on the bumps, and the 340 fanner is pretty peppy with the light sled...I can pick the back end up easily with one hand, move it! I picked up a second Sport as one of my Summer refurb projects, too!
