Is scheduled for Feb 22nd.Come early, get a good place to park your sled! Ft.Ransom,is located west of Lisbon,ND,it's a beautiful place located in a valley.Nice trail system. It's for vintage sleds, but all sleds can come.If sled is 25 yrs or older,no sticker for riding the trails.Sled registration between 8-11am.Halfway through the ride,is a hot dog roast.Back in town is a chili feed with drawings for door prizes. They usually give out a couple of trophies. Its a fun, laid back event.Hopefully,my sleds will still be running by then. See ya there.

I brought my Sprint 34 in for a check up,it FLUNKED!! It will still go to this event. Its been awhile since I replaced any bearings/bogie wheels. Will do that this summer.I have a tow rope just in case! Looks like the weather will be ok. If you aren't doing anything, come on out for this cool event.

Ok,this is done. The turn out was small, but some very nice sleds showed up.It was below zero, some sleds had a problem starting, including mine.It needs a fuel shutoff valve on it.It got flooded on the ride to this event.Snow conditions were fair, but everyone had a good time.Once I got my sled started,I didn't shut it off much.Put on 25 miles on the trail system,in the fields, woods & hills. I want to thank EVERYONE who was involved in putting this on.There were door prizes, chili feed & money give aways. I took a few pictures, will put them up when I get some free time.

Some of the sleds that were there. About 25 sleds or so. 4 NICE Yamahas came later. This Rupp belongs to snowman on the board. Nice sled. I think this sled won Peoples Choice. Very nice!! This Polaris towed back a broken Rupp,NOT mine! Yup,that's my junk! Made it the whole day of riding!

Nice pics. Is that a problem with vapor lock on the Tilley that it had. Or was the sled on an angle on the haul?

That is the first time I ever had a problem with a Rupp not starting after trailering it to an event. I'm used to my sleds starting in 2-3 pulls. I had snowman start it after I gave up.
