Helping my friends Rupp, I splitted the crank housing apart for to change the magbside crank seal what caulk/sealer should I use for cranks housing? I know I have to put a really small amount of caulk otherwise will sqoosh too much and will spread all left over to inside of crank and outside.

I use permatex motoseal on all my crank cases, that's what it is designed for. Good stuff, just make sure all your mating surfaces are completely clean and you should have no issues.

Go to a motorcycle shop and they should have hondabond or yamabond. There are many more also. Snowmobile shops should have it too.

I use Coppercoat which you can get at NAPA. Used it for years on Snowmobiles and ATVs no issues just make sure halves of crankcase are clean.
