What's the max powerband RPM on 74 nitro II 440?

Mine only tops out at 6,000 and not sure if that's a stock powerband

On our race sleds the 340 and 440 fanners we are running 7500 they say you get the most HP @ 7200 and this is going by our Rupp Tach.
