Hi guys just wondering what is neede to put a 121 x 15 polaris track and skid in a 74 nitro ? Is this an easy conversion ? Also wondering whatit takes to get a 102 on it , will they fit ? Thanks guys !

The 102 I'm not sure of, mine has a duster on it and fits no problem. As far as the track conversion goes, you will need to relocate your drivers to match the new track, also replace the skid swing arm with one from a f/a so the wheels is located directly in the middle ( you can modify the stock one if that is easier) also remove the front steel plate from the skid and replace it with either the anti-stab wheels and axle that Rupp made or come up with something yourself ( if you use the Rupp axle the wheels will need to be relocated. I just finished up my conversion, many many trail and error attempts.

I have not but from what I've read is you need to make new axels that will fit the swingarm and front mounting location, as for where to mount it, measure the original holes in the polaris chassis in relation to the drive shaft. Then transfer the measurements to the Rupp chassis. The skid should need minimal modifications as it is already set up for then track you are using. Good luck on it!
