The owner of the sled mentioned trying to take it to Eagle River, the sled is built to fit ISR rules. It will be based in lower Michigan. He is a member here and may add more specific information as to where it will race.

I can proudly say I am the owner of this Rupp. Many, many thanks go out to member nobody for his blood, sweat and tears that he put into this race sled. It's been a long road and would never have happened if I didn't need a set of 77 Nitro 250 skis. I met a guy named Greg who had a barn full of Rupp parts and while talking to him, I mentioned that I raced a MERC. He told me straight up that I needed to get off them MERCS and get on a Rupp! While growing up we owned a Rupp mini bike so I knew about them but never gave it a thought to race a Rupp snowmobile. Greg said he had an old chassis and some parts he would sell at a good price if I was interested. I thanked him and grabbed the skis I bought from him and headed home, thinking about a nice red machine running against all those blue and white things. Even though I had bought a 75 Merc S/T 340 to build in to a super mod racer for the Masters class a few years earlier, I thought why not a Rupp? So I called Nobody and asked if he could build it. Then called Greg and told him I would take that chassis and parts and the rest is history, as they say.
I plan on running at Dorchester PVR, Eagle River, BEVRA and Lucky Thumb. I'm heading to the north pole next month to start testing! lol I hope I can make Rupp Nation proud with this sled!

Very Nice! & giver He!! this winter! Quite a few guys, me included, can tell you that you made a wise choice on going Rupp. They not only can beat the Sno Twisters, they can also beat every thing else out there.[attachment id="2845" thumbnail="1"

Cool looking sled! That's a pretty tough class but hope to see more red up front this year. What are you running for pipes?

Thanks guys! Nice lookin' racer there Hoots! I wanna ride and test this thing so bad I can't stand it!! I know it's going to be fast and the competition IS brutal in that class. But I know winning is more than just great equipment. I've raced the last 4 or 5 years in the 440 Super Stock fan class so I know how tough it is competing with some good sleds and drivers. I'm hoping to just be up front in the mix and to have some fun. Kronnikracing, it has a Norman Ball III race engine with pipes he had made by AAEN.

Great looking Rupp racer. The FA looks lean and mean. Hoping to find someone to race my supermod 440 for me this year.
