Ain't them bulkheads fun to cut apart and fix?? Looks like you've done a nice job. Paint or powder? Looks like paint... What are you going to do for spindle bushings? I'm thinking about using the C630 bronze I've got and making them grease able top & bottom.

Nice work, keep up the good work and rollin out those magnums and free airs. I would be interested in a aluminum bulkhead for my 75 free air project.

yea them bulk heads are ultra light thin material .
Thankfully Gary cut the mess of welds apart that held the make shift pan some one had welded on.
as far as bushings go i believe the original bronze bushings were in good shape c630 is a good material for exactly that.
its powder coated .but for some reason the photos are fuzzy and flat looking

How may hours do you have, restoring a bulkhead? 8 or 10 hours . including sand blasting a nd powder coating depends how damaged it is . i did one that took 20 plus hours . had to make a exact copy of skid pan with and the 3 ribs in it . cut alot of other sections out weld by weld and made new pieces
