How far away are you looking. There was a pic back in the summer, advertising some custom tuned pipes. This place is about 20 miles from my home. It is in Grand Island NY. Ten minutes from The Mighty Niagara Falls. I did stop in awhile back. I'm sure i could get the info. Ill check the old posts. Dave.

Cant find the info. I even went back to the old board. Im almost sure it was on the old board but, it only had 2 pages. When i stopped in, they were talking $$$ way over what i could afford. Any one remember that post. I think it was a girl named Kitty, And it was showing a non Rupp, 1000cc with custom pipes.

I updated the list at the top. I know there are still more pipe builders out there. There is a place in Wisconsin or maybe Minesota that builds pipes and a place near Grand Rapids Michigan that does too. I just can not remember all the names. Getting old sucks!

You could try Wallingford Equipment in Lewiston (or Auburn)Maine. They are a ski doo dealer so easy to look up. The guy from I think it used to be Label X racing? works up there now and I know he builds pipes and does vintage performance stuff. I have not used him but I heard he has a good reputation.

Thanks Rog was wondering where he was, I heard he made some serious power I ran across an interesting article on pipes, it's a bike but the fundamentals are the same it is long but very interesting and looks like this dude wasn't ready to give up in the quest for more power anytime soon ;D Check it out and read it carefully... homepage.mac.com/rg500delta/deltaphasetwo/Frames/pipe_design.html

Scott Castenguay of Label X Motorsports. He built me set of those '77 Rupp 250 cones and the craftsmanship was BEAUTIFUL. Built to EXACT specs per Rupp. Prices were very reasonable too. As I understand it...Label X is now defunct.
