Ok has anyone here switched out the Secondary on the Nitro IIs and F/As. Or come up with a better bearing system then the bronze bushing!!

Which bushing? The one in the moveable sheave? Is it just the bushing that's worn or is the shaft worn too? If just the bushing needs replaced, I replaced the one in my secondary. Made one out of C630 bronze and final honed it to size for .002 clearance. If you need that done, I can help you out. Need the shaft and the sheave.
