I think they are basically the same, except the 108 is more beefed up and a little bigger for an overdrive effect or something. Hopefully some one can confirm or correct this.

I tried to run heavy hitters in a 102 and they would not fit. They will fit in a 108 though.

The 108 is bigger in diameter...Check your clearance if you are kicking around the idea of getting one. It's a better clutch, but doesn't fit in all old sleds.

The 102 suits most older sleds best, but if you can squeeze the larger 108 in there it is worth it. More tunable and it has the bigger diameter face which can help the top end if you have the power, or gear your sled a little lower and get out of the hole better while keeping your original top speed.

Does any one know the tapper on the crankshaft of the 295 fan or are they all the same? are all the rupp clutchs interchangeable? do the 102/108s really make that big of differents, Rupps were winning alot of races before they came a long.

my 108s have 30 deg. taper. havent had one of my rupp clutches off yet to check. the 108s are off my arctic cat. not much of a clutch master.
