This sled was restored about 20 years ago, by a previous owners, and then was his rider. I picked it up in the Winter, and have been getting it ready to be a nice looking rider again...just too many rough edges to spend the time and money to do a full resto! I'm pretty happy with how it looks now, the skis look good from 5 feet...just need to install the good sliders I reclaimed from an old skid I had buried under other parts, and put on wear bars that a friend is welding up. Got it running very well, with ultrasonically cleaned carbs, but have ditched the airbox in favour of foam filters, as it's a major PITA to make any carb adjustments with it there! May just go without a windshield, as I like the clean look!
