Rupp liquid 76-78 Nitro airbox??

All the same from 76 thru 78 with the 440 Xenoah engine?
All I have for reference is a 77 Parts breakdown, found some 76 pieces but don't want to have them shipped if they don't interchange?
Help, anyone?

Not the same. The '76 has the snorkel air inlet located on the top of the box, the '77 -78 box picks up air via a square hole inlet cut in the floor of the box on the back side. The part of the box that connects to the carbs is the same for all years how ever.
