I rebuilt the motor first over just before I trashed the track and spun the teeth off the lower chain case cog. Not sure what happened but I'm guessing I pranged the track hard enough to skew the drive axle slightly - Is that a thing? Anyway that was was in 2011. It's been sitting in my garage since and I now realize I won't be fixing it. The rest of the sled is decent except that the tank is split at the seem. I think it dried out from age(?)
