Hi all!
Finally got my 1975 Nitro F/A I-500 race sled out and running for the Midwest Ride in. Broke a leaf spring riding around.
Question, are the rear suspension leaf springs the same from a 1973 Rupp American?
Also, can these be replaced without removing the rear suspension bolts? Been a while since I’ve done a rear suspension on one of these.
I’d rather not cut the safety wire that was installed in 1975 when it was set up for the I-500 race.
