I am wondering if anyone knows what the 440 Rally idle speed should be around? Also wondering if anyone happens to have a service manual for it.

Rupp wants the idle around a 1000 RPM. I set mine at 1200 RPM.

The side marker lights are part number 194. The 76 Rally does not have sprockets in the rear, it just has 2 idler wheels. Now the 72 Rally has rear sprockets. Rick Weaver is the guy you can get the sprockets from for about any Rupp sled. You can get his number on any of the Rupp Facebook pages.

Going back and looking at it I do not know how I saw them as sprockets. I do have another question I am trying to adjust the chain tension on this and I'm confused on how you are supposed to do it. The manual says turn eccentric housing until correct tension but I cant get anything to turn. imgur.com/a/QsVHlxE Here is a picture of how it looks I'm wondering if you could give me any advice on it. Just trying to be careful and not destroy anything so figure ill ask before I try more.

Those 3 bolts that you loosen. Pound them in with a rubber hammer. You don't have to pound them all the way in just enough so it unlocks the eccentric. That should take care of your problem.

Thank you so much that did it! Almost have the suspension and track off now. I think I have tracked down why my speedometer isnt working also. imgur.com/a/htdXpHB this piece here is seized up and its missing the key. Is there any aftermarket ones of those anyone knows about?

Those speedometer drive spring things are kind of hard to find. I think some Polaris's used them but they are too short. I have those plastic blocks if you need some.

I was gonna order one of those to try wasn't sure how long they have to be so have not done that yet. How much would you be charging for the plastic blocks?

Yeah I really am unsure of those speedometer things. If you get one let me know what you ordered. How does $10.00 sound for 3 ??

Are you talking about the little square section speedometer cable that goes into the nylon plug of the driveshaft and the drive adaptor for the speedometer cable? Probably around 2" long or so?

imgur.com/a/Ruo9Laq could anyone tell me if this is the correct order of the parts? I believe it is but the little space I'm unsure of since it fell out without me being able to see where it was. Also a question about the chain tension one side of the chain will have a little slack while the other is tight when you turn the track?
