Just finished installing a new track with Wahl Bros no-slip drive sprockets on Rupp 1 1/4 inch jackshaft. I used the 1 inch hex sprockets machined to 1.200 inch and locked the drivers on the shaft with 8 grade 1/4 bolts.

What track are you using?

I found when using the Wahl no slip drivers, be sure to check for the incoming teeth interfering with the next few track clip positions. I had "hidden" interference when I installed mine, very hard to notice. When you rotate the track in the reverse direction, you will notice a little kink in the rotation. The trick is to turn down .200" off each external tooth, (.400" off diameter) then blend in a nice consistent radius so they slide into the track drive holes smoothly. I am also using a Predator speed track. This mod made a Huge difference, especially at top speed! Go Team Red!
