New to Me - Garage FInd - 1976 Rally

Hi all,
I am not new to snowmobiling or working on sleds, but i am relatively new to vintage sleds.  With the exception of dabbling with a few early 80s Yamahas. I am not the best with computers, but i have tried to search. no luck for what i am looking for. 

I grew up with Rupps, and the last set my Parents had were '76 Rally and Sport.  i have always wanted to find a Rally, due to sweet memories.  
This past summer i found a Garage find, All complete. has not been run since '82.  i started to dig in on it slowly about 2 weeks ago
- spark only on (1) cylinder
- all gas lines on the upper side of the engine are gone
- Fuel tank is cracked
- more to come

I have looked with no luck. Is there a service manual available for the 76 Rally?

Also, sourcing a tank, I looked in the classified and did not find anything recent.  Is there a reman source?  Or only find a good used on Ebay or something?

Does anyone make seat covers for the Rally?  I know it seems to have it own pattern on the top.

I am in Southeast Michigan, there is an Ok store around here for vintage parts called Sport Mart.  But they would only carry or get aftermarket parts.  
Also in Yale, there is Eastern Cycle, they are a motorcycle / snowmobile salvage.  I will get to know them i am sure

My goal was to have it running this year for my Dad to take a ride on it...  But i fear that ship has sailed, now that the excitement has wore off.  i see the condition of the machine. and the difficultly in getting parts.

Eventually i would like to do a nice ridable restoration on it (maybe not perfect, but looks nice).  so i can enjoy vintage rides.

Also, I read a possible 40:1 mixture for this 440 Kohler?? What brand of oil should i use? and is the Rec fuel the preferred gasoline to run? i am reluctant to run the newer fuels in this motor...

I have 3 Rallys, and I mix the fuel ( Which is 91 non ethanol) to 40:1 with a good 2 stroke oil. Call Bill Stull at the Rupp Shop he will have most everything you need. His number is # 715-592-4707.

What about the plugs? I have always used NGK... but should i stay with the Champions for this old Kohler?

Rupp wanted surface gap plugs ( Champs N19V or NGK BUE ) I like the NGK BUEs, most people run NGK BR-9ES which work fine.
