I found these in the belly pan when i pulled the gas tank some years ago. I never knew where they went or what they were. On the flat side where the washer was there is a part number. It looks like 14 3 Any one know what they are and where they belong ? Thanx, Dave.

Looks like half of a motor mount. Should be a upside down bowl shaped part that slips over top of it with the motor plate in between. Joe

Hi Joe, Thanks for your reply. I placed another pic. so you can see the size. It is too small for a motor mount. It is 3/4" across.

Dave, possibly a replacement for the rubber bumper that fits over the hood pins? I know they aren't correct but may have been thought to be usable if ever needed?

Check this out Brandt, I found this by accident when i was parts surfing. This would explain the location of where i found them. My father was the one who added the braided lines and this is what must have been in its place. What do you think? Dave. Detailed Description Metal gas tank fittings have rubber bushings to fit 1/2 inch holes in metal or plastic tanks. Single, 90deg push-in design is original equipment on many machines. Fittings work well for custom applications.
