ready to bore clyinders that were trued and squared earlier, they are set up on bottom to get true 90 degree bore alinement, the clyinders wear most at the intake and ex-ports ,these will have to go +.020 thats only +010 from each side be aware of this if you buy oversize pistons +.010 is not much only +.010 from each side i should have available pistons for 77-78 440 soon up to +080, 76 piston in about a month for resale

Hi from Motorheadman That is looking real nice thanks for all the pictures. Did you do any porting work or mods to the exhaust system? Also I was curious if you CC,d the heads or do you take a squish measurement off the piston domes. Motorheadman

no porting on this one its just a trail beater i will cc some 76 and 77 heads a post it later, i got three project engines going, need to get this one up and going we just got 2 ft of snow about the only thing i going to do on the exhaust is dump the cans for some different silincers so the pipes are easeir to get on and off, still waiting on oversize pistons, ive got a lot more to share later kevin

here my bottom crankcase half that i use to mill match clyinders tops,i modified it for lower torque plate for final honing, it had to be bored thu to have hone clearance , i should be able to get some great round clyinders under real torque loaded stituation
