I won't be able to get to Princeton until Friday morning. Is there a way to transport my sled from the swap spot they put us in to the Ruppfest arena? Who do we all contact when we arrive? Then what happens overnight with the sleds?

Princeton has some 4 wheelers to help move sleds around. The sleds will be safe at night there are a few cops walking around. I leave my swap stuff out all night and nothing has ever happened to it. I don't drink anymore but if you do bring lot's of beer.  |

Any updates on the Princeton Rupp Fest?
Do we have the spot for sure? Is there any cost and if so how much? The the guy's displaying the sleds have to buy gate passes?

We for sure have the spot!  As far as the fees, don't quote me but I think we just have to pay the regular daily admission fees ($15.00/day). I'll get Dennis on here to confirm. Haven't heard as far as the cost for the spot. Dennis & I are setting up Thurs afternoon sometime & Fri morning. Gates on Fri open for swappers at 8 & for the public at noon so come between then. It would still be nice to know who is bringing what! If you are planning to bring a sled & leave it overnite, you may want to bring a cover too. Oh, & bring a chair too! |

I am still in - trying to track down a trailer for the weekend but should be there Friday morning to set-up. Will bring the '75 Nitro twins and my '70 Sprint along with the '70 Roadster. Have a few other miscellaneous things to display as well including some old commercials from '72 that I can play on a loop. I also have a couple of canopies that I will bring as the forecast doesn't look the best (depending on who you watch). |

Hey Stretch, you can bring canopies but I think we got that covered. We have 98 feet, 14 of which is dedicated for just sitting under. But you never know! |

WE HAVE THE SPOT NO CHARGE WE JUST PAY OUR WAY IN FOR THE WEEKEND JUST TELL THEM YOUR WITH THE VINTGE CLUB ON THE HILL ANY QUESTIONS ASK FOR JACK OR ELRAY ILL FILL IN MORE WHEN MY PUTER IS CHARGED .......DENNIS

Getting excited guys. I have never been to Princeton for this event. Now getting a chance, have a sled to bring, a ride for my sled too, have an air mattress, and a cooler for beer. I think it should be a fun weekend.

It only goes 2 days now, Fri & Sat. If you want to do a little get together cook out I would say Fri then. I for one will be beat Saturday plus that's when we'll be getting ready to pack up. Actually it doesn't matter what day to me really, I'll be there both days.
