WELL SOME LITTLE BIRD (ED) PUT THE THOUGHT OUT THERE AND RICK 2ND IT IF I WHOULD HOLD A RUPP FEST,I USED TO DO THE RUPP REUNION SO WHY NOT,IF WHO EVER IS INTRESTED LETS DO IT IM ALL IN TOM AND KEVIN SAID THEY WHOULD HELP MY FAMILY HAS A PRIME SPOT NEXT TO A COUNTY ROAD ON THE RIVER FENCED IN COVERD BUILDING GRILLS READY TO GO THE ONLY THING WE COULDNT RUN THE SLEDS (RACE AROUND)......LETS GET SOME INPUT LATE JULY EARLY AUGUST?  ?...........DENNIS............. |

Sounds like a VERY good idea! Would that be down by Albertville,MN? Easy off,easy on to I-94. I think I would come to it. Might not have any sleds to bring,BUT I would still be interested in BS'ing with everyone. Either month works for me. GREAT IDEA! Make it happen. 8-)Would that be a weekend thing or just 1 day or ?

Just a thought, a lot of us go to Princeton. I spend some time swapping and a lot of time visiting. Do we have enough time to consolidate the weekend with both events? How far from Princeton will this be?

(PRINCETON FEST) ??.........DENNIS....... I love it! There is always some room between them and the track... Too hard (I would think) to run 2 events at the same time on different properties. Definitely worth looking into! It would be more than a "fest" though... Might have to be called "Princeton-Palooza" ! |

OK I'VE MADE SOME CALLS AND IF WE WANT RUPP FEST AT PRINCETON WE HAVE A SPOT RIGHT ON THE MAIN DRAG JUST DOWN FROM THE ENTRANCE WE MAY HAVE TO THROUGH A BIT OF MONEY TWARDS IT BUT THEN WE HAVE A CHANCE TO DO THIS EVERY YEAR I JUST NEED A HEAD COUNT ON WHO WANTS TO DO THIS WE HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION RIGHT FROM THE WACONIA GUYS TO DO THIS THEY WERE ALL FOR US,,,,GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK........DENNIS..........

Is it the weekend of August 23rd? Also what days will we do it? (Friday nite is vintage races.) If we setup Fri, will we be able to stay with our stuff overnite? Or will we have to tear down and come back?
These are just some questions I'm sure will be asked.

I FORGOT ABOUT THAT TOM THEY HAVE SPOTS TO PARK OUR TRAILERS AND WE CAN STAY THE NIGHT ELROY IS GOING TO SEE IF WE CAN GET CAMPERS NEXT TO THEIRS THEY HAVE ALL THD ROWS BHIND THE RACE TRACK AND ALSO PRINCETON IS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THIS YEAR AND WE CAN BE THERE BOTH DAYS WHEN HE MENTIONED RUPP WANTED IN THEY WERE ALL EXCITED AND SAID YES RIGHT AWAY THAT SAYS SOMETHING RIGHT THERE A COUPLE OF THE GUYS SAID AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO PUT ON A SHOWING OF SLEDS AND ARE 100% BEHIND US.......DENNIS.....
