cylinder sleeves to repair 76-78 xenoh l/c are ready, borable from 68mm to 74mm with ports ruffed in or no ports at all with ports 299.99 a set with out ports 229.99 a set slleeve are extra thick and correct issue with replacing oringnal cast in sleeve

here, s resleeved 76 cylinder capable of taking up to 74 mm bore size , i have these sleeves for 76 and 77-78 440 with or without ports

put thrity miles on the 76 440 today, neighbor showed up with new 600 ski-doo croch rocket, had to drag me , first run up the big hill in the back got over the hill he was about ten lengths behind i should have stop then ha ha, he beet me three times in row after that i gues he thought it was going to be real easy the first time ha, ha,

a couple things in the works, replacement gaskets for the water pump, and replacement water pump seals , got a couple replacement seals in stock now more on the way , the gaskets will be available soon , kevin

Do you have any of the T fittings with radiator caps I need to change my set up I still cant get flow and does your over flow bottle let fluid return to motor ?

magnamul, all you need for the tee fitting is 1"pipe tee and 1"short nipples the rad cap that threads in your plastic surge tank threads out and fits 1" tee also yes the expansion allows for coolant recovery as it cools downs

red19lite, I just want to say thanks for keeping the Xenoahs going. Here in Colorado they just started vintage oval racing and i plan on racing two Liquids so I'm sure i will need some parts. Thanks again Clint

After the update there is now a limit on storage for he hosted attachments. We currently have 455mb of files and now there's only room for 200mb. There's a few options, I'll be working on it as I get time. There's several other things I see that need fixed too. Sorry.
